How To Complain

Explain what we have done that has pleased you or had failed to satisfy your expectations. We don't claim to be perfect but we do claim to care about your experience of our services.

We will always endevour to respond to all feedback within 24 hours of receiving and revewing it. Sometimes this will be longer at peak times of year but never more than 7 days.

If you have not received a response within 14 days, please contact us direct on 07427 626686 so we can look into why a delay may have occured.

We respectfully request that all complaints are submitted in writting by mail or by email. This can be submitted on the email form found on the contact page of this site

We are also happy to provide you withour complaints form on request. We hold complaint records for a minimum of two years.
